We went there for a vaccine. Before we received the vaccine we asked them to confirm that it would be covered by my insurance. We were assured that it would. I just received a bill for $179. I spent close to 2 hours on the phone to clear up the mistake. They billed the wrong insurance company in the wrong state. I'm not sure that i still will receive a bill. Avoid them
DO NOT waste your time going here for testing. I went here on November 9th of 2022 and got tested for both the flu and Covid. As of February 12th 2023 I still have not gotten my results. Each time I called, which I called at least once a week into December, the automated system said they were still waiting on my results from the lab. I gave it 1 star due to the convenience of the drive through BUT don’t let that lure you like like it did me. Don’t waste your time going here for testing.
The nurse, Erin Spahic, is horrible to be around. Terrible attitude, bossy, and makes up rules because she can. I highly reccomend going to the clinic on Mulberry! I have been going there for years (went to this one out of convenience) and never had any issues. The nurse practitioners were prompt, kind, and professional. Quick and easy, takes our insurance, nurse Amanda is knowledgeable and compassionate. As others have said, the concept is great. Maybe all primary care should start at places like this.
