Two stars only because the providers were very nice. I had a 10:10 appointment and was not seen until 10:45, and the appointment was not completed until 11:45, with absolutely no information on how long anything would take. It would be very easy for them to tell me "Hey we are running an hour behind, do you want to reschedule?" I have never been spoken to like I was spoken to today. I have recently been having trouble getting needles and syringes for a monthly IM injection that I need. I have gotten needles and syringes from this exact place multiple times. This is a medication i have used for almost 2 years. But, this time, I have been in multiple times and each time I was told it was being ordered. Finally, it came to a head today.
