Our son awoke with a severe ear ache so we took him to the MinuteClinic in Smyrna. It was easy to make the appointment online and we arrived early. Our appointment was at 9:40 but we arrived at 9:15. Our wait was only a few minutes once we got checked in. The provider was thorough with the exam and we actually left 5 minutes BEFORE our 9:40 appointment time. Next time one of us is sick, we'll be back. We were highly impressed.
Nurse Practitioner I saw on Wednesday at this minute clinic was fantastic. She was understanding, respectful, communicated clearly and was genuinely empathetic. I booked my (non urgent) appointment online on Tuesday, when I arrived on Wednesday I waited less than a minute before being called back. Excellent experience.
