TRASH! Would not even test my fiancé and just labeled it an “upper respiratory infection.” Did not provide antibiotics or steroids… Just collected money to send him home. Now he’s in the hospital a week later and didn’t get better. Trash service and trash providers!
Wish I could give Ms Athena Cotten 0 Stars! I had a very disappointing experience at this CVS MinuteClinic. I came in for a straightforward issue and requested a commonly prescribed medication that many other MinuteClinic providers routinely prescribe for this condition. Despite explaining my symptoms clearly, the nurse practitioner declined without offering a clear or evidence-based explanation. I was very pleased with my experience with the CVS Minute Clinic. The nurse and nurse practitioner were both very thorough, kind and helpful.
