Absolutely an amazing asset to have in the community. They have a variety of options to sign in for an appointment. You can get on your phone in the cvs app or look online to see what the available times to be seen are, or you can go in and sign in and pick a time to be seen. I would personally recommend going online or using the cvs app only because sometimes they are extremely busy and cannot accommodate walk in appointments. We went to the pharmacy for my son whom had an allergic reaction to the antibiotic he was given. The doctor on call came out and we asked if he could be seen. She proceeded to say they were completely booked. However the waiting room was completely empty. We pleaded with her to see our son. She said we could wait and see if someone didn’t show up. I was able to be seen same day , The Doctor was very personable and helpful. Office was clean and I was in and out. This was my first visit to a minute Clinic and it was a great experience (as far as going to a Doctors Office when your sick goes) I would go back again if needed.
Clinic was awesome, staff was nice and knowledgeable. The one star reflect s the price of a simple visit, the lack of filing a claim with my insurance and the 30 min hold times to get anyone on the phone about your bill! They will charge you credit card without filing against your insurance. Will not be back!
