I was able to be seen same day , The Doctor was very personable and helpful. Office was clean and I was in and out. This was my first visit to a minute Clinic and it was a great experience (as far as going to a Doctors Office when your sick goes) I would go back again if needed.
Clinic was awesome, staff was nice and knowledgeable. The one star reflect s the price of a simple visit, the lack of filing a claim with my insurance and the 30 min hold times to get anyone on the phone about your bill! They will charge you credit card without filing against your insurance. Will not be back!
Scheduled a COVID test Arrived 8 minutes early. Couldn't check in. Received help to no avail from pharmacy. Was told to go sit and wait and hopefully someone would come out. Continued to try to check in. Knocked on the door 2x five minutes apart. Went to front desk for help. She tried to help. Told her I knocked and no one came out. Finally someone came out. Today was my first time ever using this type of service and it was FANTASTIC!! Julie in the clinic was so patient and fit me in just before her lunch time! The gal at the counter in the front of the store was so very kind to tell me to try and see if they can fit my son in even though they were all booked up!! The kindest that I received today was perfect and just what I needed to get my son thru some discomfort ❤️ Well done Ashland store and the minute clinic ❤️
