I need TB tests done urgently. I got one test done and scheduled an appointment for a follow up to have it read (it has to be 48-72 hours after). They canceled my appointment with zero explanation and when I went to reschedule they had no appointments avaliable within the time frame forcing me to restart the entire process. Went to schedule the process again and they once again canceled on me with zero explanation. Ridiculous!!
They treated my son horribly. He made an appointment online for evening after class. He checked-in on time and waited for over one hour, outside the door only to be told that he missed his chec- in time and he would have to reschedule the next day. He has proof from his Google maps that he arrived well before his appointment and checked in online! He sat outside the exam room over 1 hour until he asked the doctor why he wasn't being called. The Nurse Practitioner and Nurse here at CVS Minute Clinic were top tier ladies! They were both so knowledgeable about what medications could mix with my chronic conditions and co-morbidities. It’s hard to find intelligent people who genuinely care but I promise these are your girls!
