The "provider" just sat in her office while I waited to be seen. She never came out to see who was next or called names. She did not explain the check-in process. She took the next person whose appointment came after me, and proceeded to be rude to me when I asked her when I was going to be seen by saying I was late. This was a weird visit. I was not able to get an appointment with my regular doctor today. The minute clinic staff was training a new employee. I’m not sure what his licensing is. He was very anxious to the point his hands were shaking. The lady training him was not personable. They spent the entire time mostly talking to each other. They were running about a half hour behind.
