if you show up on time they make you wait 20 minutes. if you show up 11 minutes late they cancel the appointment. avoid if you can.
The NP was very kind and made the visit fast and easy
Never go there! The staff there was so rude and confusing. She kept asking me the same questions again and again that I had just answered. I was confused, and did not understand her intention.
Worst experience ever. After having me wait for an hour because their checkin system didn't work, MinuteClinic staff turned me away in a rude and condescending way because of a policy that was not disclosed to me when I made my appointment. It's sad to see such people working in health care. The staff at CVS pharmacy on the other hand was very understanding of what transpired and accommodated me. Make sure to work with the CVS pharmacy and not MinuteClinic at this location.
