The “NP” who works the minute clinic should be fired. She is incompetent. She wasn’t able to process our insurance, she kept asking for the same info, and when I expressed frustration that she had no idea what she was doing and asked for a manager she refused to give our vaccinations and even threatened to call the cops because she didn’t feel comfortable even though no one was escalating to near that level. We’ve had issues with her before at the pharmacy not knowing the systems.

The nurse turned me away at 4:20. I was having a quick emergency. Today, Sunday, October 19. CVS has come one of the worse places for prescriptions and customer Service .

Do NOT come Here, Teresa Forbes NP was rude, told me my insurance would cover services, no empathy and overbilled on services I didn’t receive. $600 bill one month later. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I am reaching out to their billing department. I’ve been to cvs minute clinics before only paying around $75. Complete RIPOFF

I had a 3:10 PM appointment and checked in via phone after walking in at 3:13 PM. The system confirmed I was checked in. After waiting for over an hour and watching multiple patients who arrived after me get called in, I asked the staff about the delay. They informed me my appointment had been canceled due to a 10-minute late policy. This policy was incorrectly applied, and I was never notified of the cancellation. Had an “appointment” at 2:30 but the nurse from the minute clinic didn’t come out to get me until 45 minutes after. Waste of my time I could’ve done something else. I don’t feel like my time is being respected here because everytime I come for a vaccination, she is always late.
