I am very dissatisfied with my experience at this CVS Minute Clinic. I was seen on May 29th and received a notice via email on June 16th that my card was charged for the amount of $457. I was absolutely perplexed seeing as I have insurance that should have and has previously covered these visits. When I attempted to reach out to the minute clinic billing they informed me that they were unable to process a refund back to my card. If i could give zero stars i would. My pregnant wife had a burn on her hand and showed up 15 mins before closing and they refused to help her because they are closing soon. They were even giggling and saying the system wouldn’t even let her check in if she tried. What is the point of having a closing time. Also Why choose a job to help sick/hurt people if you aren’t actually going to do it. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Event happened 8/21 @ 7:15pm.

I called to make my appointment and got a confirmation number. I did the whole online paperwork, insurance card info etc. I had to drive 30 minutes to get to the appointment and when I was almost there, I did the online check in and it said the appointment was canceled. I continued to the clinic and made the same appointment in the same time slot and got another confirmation. I have visited this Minute Clinic before and have always received excellent treatment. Wait times were minimal, the providers listened and explained things thoroughly, and the doctor gave me insightful solutions. I never feel rushed or ignored and they treat me with respect and professionalism. Much better than any urgent care clinic I have ever used.
