They canceled my appointment multiple times at the last minute. The last cancelation was by phone and the Representative who called had a very nasty attitude about it.
Yesterday was my third visit to a CVS Minute Clinic. On all three occasions, I left more than satisfied. The interactive systems for scheduling are impressive. The practitioners are excellent. They listen, ask solid questions, and provide easy to understand information. In all 3 cases, my health concern improved very soon.
