I experienced lots of issues getting my insurance processed with virtual Minute Clinic visits. Never coming back.
I went to this minute clinic at CVS pharmacy For my DOT physical exam With a previous appointment, When I got there the person at front desk Told me that cvs systems was down So I couldn't make the physical and I ended up losing my time and losing my appointment at DMV.
The website was showing that this location had no wait so I signed in online. I moved my lunch (at work) so that I can go get seen, drove 20 minutes, and arrived only for them to tell me that my online sign in didn't really matter, because I had to still wait an hour, even though there wasn't a soul waiting in the waiting room. Thanks for nothing.
