Unqualified people recommending ridiculous advise. I went because my eyelids were swollen, dry, and scaly. The nurse asked me a series of questions, told me it was just allergies, and said she would prescribe eyedrops (there was nothing wrong with my actual eyeball, but ok.) I then asked if she could recommend a cream or something to help the dry skin and she said “no” and sent me out. Later when I reviewed the visit summary on mychart the nurse had entered in the opposite of my answers on every single question. It turns out... read more
