I had a wonderful experience with NP Harmata. She was incredible from start to finish. Addressing my concerns and tackling the issue with the best treatment. She explained everything very thoroughly. Extremely professional and kind.

Worst healthcare customer service. I was instructed to go to the minute clinic to complete a form for a state licensure examination (per state board) and the medical assistant immediately said, “the NP isn’t going to sign that, it doesn’t matter”. When asked to see the NP she refused to hear any information on what the form was, who instructed me to go to the minute clinic, or that previous licensure applicants had the form completed at the Minute Clinic. I saw NP Jaclyn Little and she was sooo helpful!! She was able to clear the blocking in my ear and also caught an infection I have!! Would definitely go back to see her. Only giving 4 stars because the lady who checked me in seemed a little less knowledgeable on what the NP would/could do AND told me what I wanted would take longer and I only booked a 20 min appt. She said they were booked the rest of the night, but I literally was able to sign up for another appt in less than an hours time. With all that being said and my f... read more
