Doctor was friendly and thorough. Appointment was easy to make. No wait time upon arrival. Picked up prescriptions in the store when I was finished. They also serve as primary care providers and set up a physical for me in a couple of weeks. Evening appointments are a plus.
The NP today asked multiple times if I needed a doctor's note for my workplace even though I kindly repeated again that I was laid off and without work (which is why I was paying out of pocket without insurance). Saw her as a last resort for the ear discomfort I have been suffering with for months. I was willing to pay for relief. Was in her office for 9 minutes total and paid over $150 for her to glance at my sore ear and tell me to keep taking ibuprofen because she didn't have an idea.
