My expectations were fully met. The service was timely, professional, and effective. The staff was friendly and respectful, and the environment was clean and welcoming. I will definitely use the service again and recommend it to my family and friends.
I’m writing this on behalf of my mother. She got a TB shot Saturday which went fine. It needed to be read by someone, so they scheduled a follow up for Monday. They canceled it and my mom called them back. They rescheduled for Tuesday. Then they canceled again and did not provide an alternative other than to have it read at a different Minute Clinic. Very unprofessional staff.
The CVS Minute Clinic saved my life at least once, maybe twice. I thought that I had pneumonia and I was having a heat attack! I ended up having a new aortic valve and 3-way bypass. This last time I went there for painful heels, and the attending nurse saw that my pulse was 39 and called me an ambulance.
