I wish to thank Anait for her kindness and help. I was trying to make an appointment online. But the booking system showed all the timeslots were full today, but it could put me on standby. I chose the standby option but couldn't get through the precheck in due to some glitches in the system. I went to MinuteClinic anyway. It was close to the end of the Saturday. I went to the Minute Clinic at the Woodridge CVS on Woodward Ave. It was an excellent experience though I was not feeling well at all with the flu symptoms I was experiencing. Kristina Zielbauer was the NP who saw me and I was very impressed with her thoroughness and friendliness. I would not hesitate to make use of the Minute Clinic again.
Rude NP and location will only do walk-ins if they have availability. Don't go here as a walk-in option.
Kind, caring and listened to my concerns. Would recommend anytime.
