Made an appointment online and was there 10 minutes early to check in, took me right away and was in and out no waiting! Would definitely recommend CVS minute clinic instead of waiting in an immediate care forever. Everyone was nice and cared about what was going on.
I had been having a cough for at least two weeks. I tried remedies at home and did everything recommended. Nothing helped. I called my " primary care clinic". I explained my symptoms after a good fifteen minutes of answering their questions all I was suggested was go to the emergency room ! I have already enough of medical bills to go to the emergency room. I was very upset. I went online and looked up CVS and decided to give it a try. I definitely will recommend this CVS in Lockport Il.
It was a great experience. Tracey, the nurse practitioner, was knowledgeable, thorough, and sensitive to my needs. She is an asset to the staff.
Feeling horrible for days, decided I needed the help of a professional. Booked an online appointment and everything was so simple and smooth. Kylee was the nurse practitioner who met with me. She was amazing from being to end. A quick diagnosis, meds ordered, instruction on how and when to take them. General info on things to do to help me feel better quicker. I can’t say the visit fell short in anyway. I would recommend the Lockport IL location to anyone in need of “non emergency” type care.
