My medical professional was friendly and made the visit easy. I was seen almost immediately after walking in with no appointment.
The physician who I saw was wonderful. She was kind, engaging, educational, informative, and very professional. She also double and triple checked all my information and that the medications were correct and the doses were accurate and my records were up-to-date and she patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. If i could give 0 stars i would. Wait time was over 1hour after our appointment time. Provider did not seem knowledgeable and just was asking questions based on a checklist and not an actual understanding of what symptoms were told to her. Provider the gave us the wrong dosing for our prescription!! I wouldn’t trust coming here ever again. Go somewhere else!!
Stopped by for a simple COVID-19 shot and specifically requested Pfizer, but was given Moderna instead, which I’ve never had before. I only realized the mix-up after checking my record in the portal and confirming with customer service. I recommend double-checking with the provider during your visit to ensure you’re receiving the correct vaccine or medication.
