Just learned corporate decided to close this location. The one star is for this bonehead decision. CVS doesnt care about people and closing the Westerly, RI Minute Clinic proves it. There is a huge demand for the clinic at this location, especially because of the spillover from CT- where neighboring locations were also closed! Amanda, the PA who saw me was phenomenal. She was knowledgeable, kind and went above and beyond checking on me days after I fell ill and saw her. I highly recommend this branch of minute clinics and this particular health care provider, if you are able to choose!

I was not happy with the website because there is no way to give more information prior to the visit and correct misinformation. For example, I was listed as needing a flu shot, which I had received previously at a school.community clinic. HOWEVER, when I went to the Franklin Street Minute clinic, my clinician was very thorough and listened to my symptoms as well as as a thorough exam.I am feeling so much better from.my sinus infection bronchitis and I will go again in a heartbeat..

She was wonderful! Patient, really thorough and clearly experienced. I left with prednisone and an epipen. I tend to only post reviews on the really... read more
