Scheduled a rapid test, drove all the way to Tewksbury, showed up and followed the directions. Myself and another woman waited over 20 minutes in our cars until we both went inside to the pharmacy to ask what was happening. We were told that the nurse for both MinuteClinic and the testing site didn’t show up. I got no email or text to let me know not to come. Very frustrated that I wasted the time and gas to come out here. Won’t be coming back to this location.
Scheduled appointments for Covid-19 testing for later that morning. Drove to the designated area and texted the number posted. Waited 10 minutes and no one came out. I went inside as there was no number to call and the person at the pharmacy told that the MinuteClinic was closed. I tried to show her the appointment confirmation for my child and she told me there was nothing she could do. No call, no text, no email, and no compassion or assistance. I would give zero stars if I could.
