I will never ever trust this location again for a rapid covid test. My daughter and I went to nutcracker on Saturday and we scheduled a rapid at cvs in Westford went on Friday for our 3 pm appointment and they were closed. The person who conducted the tests never showed up, we got no cancelation, no call nothing and they did not even accommodate us to another location or another cvs. Literally my daughter was in tears. Unable to be seen for a sore throat without proof of a negative covid test within 72 hours of visit. This information should be on both the website and on the automated phone message. The minute clinic employees were no help whatsoever. As an healthcare professional myself I would have expected some guidance. They just stared at me until I left. Absolutely useless.
