I visited Minute Clinic with an ear infection. Minute clinic is hands down cleaner, quicker, and more well versed than urgent care. My nurse Bri was amazing!! Thank you!

My visit to the CVS MinuteClinic on McNeal Rd in Allison Park, PA, was very good - I was treated with the utmost kindness by the CNP, Briann, and the area was clean and bright. She did not rush through the visit and was friendly and personable. I highly recommend this MinuteClinic. It made being sick more bearable.

I was seen 2 days ago and they sent out the wrong lab. I have been trying to speak to someone for 24 hours now and no one has answered the minute clinic line or returned my phone calls. This in inexcusable and medical malpractice in my opinion. What an absolute scam.

I would give 5 star review - the care was exceptional and the doc/nurse that treated my daughter was very friendly and made her feel at ease. However, since my daughter had a bad cough, I asked for an excuse to allow OTC cough syrup to be taken to school. She looked at me as if I had a third eye and said I shouldn't need one, a parent note would be fine. I wasn't going to argue at that time but should have, because school policy is a pain in the butt with parent needed to go to school to administer the OTC, as well as parent... read more
