I went in for a d.o.t physical, my rights were violated!! I told the nurse I only needed a physical she made me do a drug screen and I don't carry a cdl. She didn't care didn't listen and put me in jeopardy of losing my job. In her words she was hurt doing her job, but she blatantly violated my rights, plus I'm dyslexic and didn't understand the consent form I was made to sign. Unprofessional ignorant and didn't care!!
It was so easy to schedule an appointment. The medical professional was kind, caring, and spoke in layman's terms. If I need urgent health care again, I would definitely schedule with CVS Minute Clinic.
I met with NP Amy yesterday at the Harrisburg NC CVS location. She could not have been any more helpful and so very kind. I have been feeling sick for a few weeks now, and she did what she needed to do to find my diagnosis and start me on the necessary treatment to get me well. Amy is most certainly a keeper in this profession. Doctors take notes on how to treat your patients. Be like Amy.
Not sure why you have to make appointment? They don't keep the time of your appointment to be seen. Wish I could charge them for my time waiting. Ridiculous
Do not go here - my son went at 9:10 am today - diagnosed with strep throat - went at 12 to pharmacy and they only had one - found out the clinic sent 2 RX to my local pharmacy and then cancel antibotic - Minute Clinic claimed it didnt transmit so since 2:00pm myself and my local pharmacy had made approximately 6 calls getting no help - the Minute Clinic closes in 15 minutes and we have no antibotic!!! I guess tmrw I have to pay and take somewhere else to get a antibotic -
