Made a Sunday morning appt for my son as he was displaying Flu like symptoms before the appt uploaded our insurance info and received a message that it uploaded successfully, headed to the appt where the dr asked again for the insurance card CVS will not let you continue the appt without uploading a CC so against my better judgment I added my credit card.....a week later we were billed over $800 for a flu and covid test because they submitted our insurance information details WRONG and it processed it as "NOT INSURED" so ins... read more
I will not book an appointment with minute clinic again. Five minutes late and they started seeing a patient with a later appointment and refused to fit me in. They saw someone early during my appointment time and refused to see me. This was at the Harrisburg NC clinic.
Lady in the minute clinic talked over me the whole time. Very inconsiderate and rude. Ended up not getting the care I needed. Wouldn't recommend the minute clinic in Harrisburg.
Worst experience ever. I checked in on my phone as instructed, sat in the pharmacy area for over an hour. When I asked the pharmacist about my appointment she directed me to a different area and to knock on a door. The person who came out told me I was in the wrong chair so she couldn’t find me and cancelled my appointment. Everything else they do is through text. Why not just text me and tell me they are ready for me? What a waste of time.
Be very careful coming here. I had an appointment 2 months ago. Today…. $400 came out of my bank account without me knowing. When I called customer service to figure out why… apparently I’m out of network with my insurance. Was I notified???? No. Was I sent a bill???? No. Was I called at all???? No. All I can say is… wow.
