Excellent customer service and doctors throughout the entire process. We've utilized this facility now for over 3 years, no complaints !!
The practitioners were friendly and answered any questions I had. My problem is with MinuteClinic charging me for both the test and the results. $39 for the reading when all it took was a glance at my arm to see the results. I already paid for the TB test, why should I pay a second time when the reading took seconds and little effort? That is wrong and I wont use them again for that reason. But the doctors were nice.
They were rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend and will not return.
