I went to the clinic for the fall vaccinations, COVID and Flu. They were out of
We were able to schedule our visit easily and for a time and date that was convenient. We did not wait for very long to be seen. The staff was professional and courteous.
Took my toddler to the clinic this evening to get checked out. We arrived at 5:45pm and checked-in. There was another parent and child there waiting. The doctor came out and said “we’re closed. There’s an urgent care nearby.” Online it says the clinic is open until 6:30pm and walk-ins are welcome. The other parent was just as angry as I was. The doctor did not care at all about the two small children that needed care. Needless to say, we won’t be coming back!
Excellent customer service and doctors throughout the entire process. We've utilized this facility now for over 3 years, no complaints !!
