Fui muito bem atendida na Minute Clinic de Roanoke. A dra. que me atendeu foi super simpática, atenciosa e paciente. Mesmo eu não falando muito bem o inglês, ela se colocou muito prestativa e paciente. Agendamos no mesmo dia e fomos atendidos na hora.
Went in for a sinus congestion. First thing I tell them is I have no insurance. So they run a flu test. Didn't bother mentioning that flu test was $150, just did it. He would have gladly run a COVID test, at another $150 without mention too if I haven't have said I had already taken one, but he had to ask the RN first. I could have walked 20 feet and grabbed a self test off the shelf for $10.
The treating PA new exactly what was going on and the antibiotics she prescribed had me feeling better by that evening. She was also very kind and willing to listen to my concerns. I never felt rushed.
Don’t go to this place, Alan doesn’t care and is cold. Go to better rated minute clinic..
