I had one of the worst experiences today. I had a 4:00 PM appointment and arrived 10 minutes early, checked in, and waited as instructed. After waiting, I was told that they were running behind and that I would need to wait at least another 30 minutes. When it was finally close to being my turn, they then told me it was their break time. To make things worse, they suggested that I should just go to CVS to get the shot instead. The RN is there and no patient but still don’t want to see someone who is in front suffering. Their lunch schedule is important . Very good with CVS of delivering Value based care . It should be appointment based care not value based care .
