everything is great except that i am continually seen 15 or more minutes after my appointment time
Poor patient relations and the necessary information was not provided on their website prior to the visit. Their webssite does not work equally on all web platforms. I will use another clinic in the future.
On June 22, 2025, I encountered a disappointing experience at the CVS Minute Clinic located in Waterbury, CT. The nurse practitioner's inflexibility was particularly notable. During my appointment around 4:25 PM, just four minutes prior to the clinic's 4:30 PM closing time, I required my tuberculosis test results to be finalized by 4:45 PM. Given the brief nature of the procedure, it would have taken merely a few minutes to complete. I had an appt setup for 9:08am. I arrived at 8:45 to make sure I had my pre-checking all done. Note that I had to fast the night before because I was doing blood work. The nurse practitioner came out of the office and said if it was ok if a person that had an appt at 9:00 am could go before me, she said it was a shorter appt then mine. I said fine.
