My visit at CVS minute clinic in Waterbury was a very pleasant one. It was very easy and convenient to set up an appointment. The place was clean and well set up. The Practitioner who attended to me was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She made the whole experience a seamless one. Actually a few days after visiting with her I can already see positive results which means the intervention she recommended is effective. I highly recommend CVS minute clinic.
Went to CVS Minute Clinic for assessment of rash due to poison ivy. I was thankful to get an appointment on a Sunday morning where I met with Tania. She was thorough and provided a prescription which helped improve my condition within 24 hours. Can’t say enough about my experience at this valuable service in Waterbury. Highly recommended.
Great for Veterans when VA clinic is closed. Works under the mission act benefits also covers Rx
APRN no good. Sees herself above you. Can't relate to urgentcate needs makes policy at will depending on color of skin. Front desk each employee has a different answer depending on who Feels like helping you that day. Healthcare smh no customer service exists 😒 😤
