The woman I meet there was very polite she help me even in her break. As for just random people out there that don’t get the same service as me I’m sorry .I must say this woman customer service skills and understanding of my visit and education in unrelated topics and as well bring informative and knowing a little about other races this woman of color was so very admired by the end my visit As a woman of color she represented her self in a way that is need in the community as a black woman such as her statutes.
Great overall experience, clean store clean clinic! Practitioner was kind wonderful and listen to my concerns. I was able to get in on Sunday, when my doctors office was closed and this is a huge benefit to me! I would definitely go back Future!
Was seen November 1, 2024 by Monique. She was kind and compassionate. Very good about explaining what was wrong, and what to do about it. Was seen promptly, ahead of my appointment time.
I would give zero stars if it were an option. They canceled appointment ten minutes before with no reason. I was sent a link to reschedule but all the times are taken for today at the west main st location. I just need my TB test read. It would only take seconds. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
