Awesome experience at the Barrington Minute Clinic!
Terrible place. My wife tried to go here and they dismissed what she told them and how she was feeling. They told her that she would be fine and was overreacting about the situation. Wouldn’t ever recommend. The nurse she saw should be fired.
I was certain I had strep throat so I made a quick appointment to get confirmation and a prescription for antibiotics. My appointment was 2:50 but I checked in at 2:55. There were 2 patients waiting, so I knew I may have to wait due to being 5 minutes late. I proceeded to wait an hour and a half while every patient who walked in after was called before me. I had a 10:20 AM appointment scheduled and arrived on time, checked in, and waited as instructed. Unfortunately, my name was never called, even after waiting for about an hour. I left around 11:20 AM without being seen. What was especially frustrating was seeing other patients who arrived after me being accepted and called in while I continued waiting with no updates or explanation.
