I had a great experience at The Minute Clinic at CVS in Christiansburg, Va. The clinic was very clean and organized and NP was very efficient and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this Minute Clinic to everyone
Waited there( with 2 kids) for one hour a visit scheduled one day before. I was there. Waiting for her to call my son by his name since she always did this way. She never called my son . When she saw us there after one hour she said her computer was shutdown. She couldn't see him . I said I was there in time but she never called my son . I have proof I was there since 4pm. I was thinking she was late with the patienta so I waited . How can I know? She always called us by our name. I will never come back again. Deception
Very prompt service and friendly staff would definitely go back again !
I saw low reviews on the clinic but my experience was nothing but pleasant. I went for a medication consult because every other office was booked up until July. I was quickly led into the consultation room, listened to, and helped to find a prescription that worked for me
