Called because an rx was never sent. Took me 3 tries to get anyone on the phone. Clerk said she would send it, then lied to my partner and claimed the rx had been there all day (he originally had it sent to a different pharmacy). THEN she claimed she would have the rx and an extra sick day note ready at 6pm, when he made the drive over, she had already left for the day. 20 minutes before she said she would leave. Terrible, unreliable, deceitful communication. One of the worst pharmacy experiences I have ever had.
Scheduled and seen within 10 minutes, left feeling confident I'd be better soon. So grateful.
I brought my son to be seen at the clinic, call ahead and asked what the current walk in time was and was told 20-25 minutes. Got there signed my son in, then 45 mins later was told they were booked for the day and my son could not be seen. Absolutely terrible communication.
Being sick sucks but I’ve never felt more comfortable getting checked out than I have with both Jenna Green and Brandie Bruner! Super nice women and made the visit quick, easy, and enjoyable! Thank you both.
Saw Jenna NP for a bee sting reaction. Could not get in to my MD. She was kind and thorough! She called me personally for a follow up. Thanks Jenna!
