Beside NP being rude and stuck up, everyone else was wonderful
While all of the people I dealt with were kind they didn't seem to be knowledgeable about my symptoms even though I was able to provide it from the app on my phone. The bathroom was filthy and out of toilet paper. When you're tasked with providing a urine sample it would be nice to feel safe and sanitary
Went for two sports physicals with an appointment. After waiting over an hour (with a line backing up behind us) the NP (Kristy Lowry) refused to do the physicals because they were for a different county and one benchmark required a drop step or step up and they didn’t have “the required equipment.” The standard of care clearly outlined online says that no equipment is required for this exercise and offers a variety of no equipment options. The clinic is very organized. The NP was amazing. She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable . I was in & out in 10 minutes with exactly what I needed. . I went because my doc for past several years was too busy to see me and wouldn't send meds that I needed that must be started immediately .
