Twice I've been there, registered, and sat. I finally knocked on the door despite the sign saying do not disturb, and the nurse behind the door says she doesn't know you're waiting. Poor system.

The heavy set woman at the long shoals location is by far the worst nurse practitioner to evaluate you. She is over knowledges and likes to share every detail even if you are in pain. Super passive aggressive and intensely energetic., way to much for a person to handle who is in pain from inflammation!

Came in for a strep test. The doctor couldn't prescribe anything even though I am clearly sick because the rapid test was negative. Now I either have to miss two days of work or go be out another $200+ at another urgent care or doctor to get a prescription. If at all possible, I would go to a regular prescribing doctor next time. Zero stars. Never go here. Waited an hour this morning only to find out the doctor was a noshow. Apparently this is not out of the ordinary except for that, according to the CVS clerk, they usually call if they’re not going to show up. What?!? This is a doctor we’re talking about! Letting a sick person sit there and wait for an hour thinking they are going to be called back any minute only to find out no one is even there. And I had to ask to find out. No one was going to tell me. Absolute disgrace to the medical profession.

Minuteclinic review Minuteclinic is VERY SLOW (ironically). I've gone two times in the past week. Both times I waited for over an hour with my name first in the queue and saw no one. The second time I went I checked in online and still saw no one. After overhearing me and another customer trying to figure out why this should take so long a very nice lady from behind one of the Minuteclinic doors came out and told us that she was very busy in there and that she would be with us shortly. Apparently shortly means a couple hours... read more
