Absolutely horrible!!! Tried the virtual and because the provider would not or didn't take off her headset the appt couldn't happen ..tried 2x Then I decided to do a in person Because they don't accept my insurance they were going to charge me $161 .... That didn't include any rx! Absolutely absurd to charge that much ..,
This was my first visit to a MinuteClinic (Signal Mtn., TN) and it couldn't have been better! From signing in, to the wait, to the healthcare provider, everything and everyone was outstanding. Yes, MinuteClinic will be high on my list the next time I need to see a provider for nonemergency care.
Thorough kind competent
Booked online, drove to the minute clinic and checked in to get a flu test for one of the kids. The lady then told me they did not “have time” to see us. This was 1 hour before closing time and we were the only ones in the waiting area.
