CVS Minute Clinic on Signal Mountain does not disappoint. The providers are knowledgeable and professional.
This place is so unprofessional. The worst customer service, if your sick I wouldn’t ever come here and wait when u have scheduled an appointment.
Great people, caring and understanding with prompt service
Although the clinic did not have the equipment to help my situation, as the computer led me to believe they did, the nurse practitioner I saw was very kind and gracious. She apologized for the mix up, said she would talk to a higher up, to correct the computers misinformation. She also did not charge me anything. She could not have done anything better to correct the mistake.
It is always an excellent experience to visit the Minute Clinic. The employees are very knowledgeable and very nice to work with . The practitioner took time to look at my health records, listen and answer my questions.
