Deidre Boults is a wonderful NP. She knew exactly what was wrong. She is very efficient and was patient with me. I highly recommend her!

Miss Kristen was a sweet little ol’ lady that helped me in a pinch! My copay was $35 with insurance, and I got my flu vaccine while I was here. I unfortunately fell victim to raging Amazon reviews for a product meant to clean my earwax. I am not a healthcare professional, and used it like I would a q-tip (also not meant to be used in the ear canals). She used water irrigation to dislodge earwax way in my canal, and educated me on why earwax is healthy and necessary. I’d come back 10/10. I set up my appointment online and had... read more

My LSU student went here. They could not figure out how to bill BCBS insurance. It took 5 months calling, resending card, and then they sent me to collections. Each time wait time on phone was over 30 minutes. AVOID these clinics-the other urgent care clinics are more responsive to billing issues and you can actually speak to them even if you work-their customer service closes at 5:30. 30 minute hold times and assurances they will refile. Then collections. Absolutely worst experience with a provider.

Being a RN myself, I question the clinical expertise at this clinic. Took a Strep swab with my son facing away from the clinician. How does she even know if she swabed the tonsil? SHe never examed him despite having PPE from head to toe. If your that scared of COVID, you should not be practicing medicine as other diseases did not cease just because we have COVID.
