honestly if i could give 0 stars, i would. you’re better off going to urgent care than this place. came in @10:00AM, tech or whoever did not even come to update me until 12:00PM regarding my wait time despite coming out multiple times. was already waiting 2 hours (walk in wait time was 70 minutes @10AM), just to be told i won’t be seen for ANOTHER 40 minutes. terrible place, will never come back here.
Dominic the NP at the Riverdale Miniute Clinic was fantastic! On time! Friendly! Knowledgeable! Thorough! Patient! Informative! I have been dismissed by a lot of medical professionals, but Dominic actually listened. He actually asked historical questions not on my chart. He actually listened and had such a great attitude. I only give reviews when I think they’re earned. Dominic deserves all the recognition!
CVS is my preferred last-minute go-to health provider. I can always find an appointment on time. In a year, I have been there twice, and the provider is always attentive and professional.
Seeing me at this Minute Clinic has been a nightmare. They've canceled my appointment four times, and they don't give me the results or explain the next step. When I call, no one speaks Spanish, and the system doesn't allow me to schedule an appointment to get the results.
