CVS minute clinic virtual appointments are TRASH. DO NOY USE THEM!!!! My visit was supposed to be at 3:10 a.m virtually. I was on the call waiting for the provider and 30 minutes later still no provider on the line. I’ve used Doctor on demand and they start PROMPTLY unlike CVS. Then cvs has the nerve to tell you that they will charge you. I will NEVER use CVS minute clinic again. STAY AWAY and just go to urgent care.
Signed up for a BV test on their website, came in, had to wait 25 minutes past my appointment time because they were busy, then went in and was told that they can't actually do that service and that I should have "read the fine print of the website", despite the fact that you can literally sign up for the treatment on the website. If they don't offer it at the site, don't let people sign up for it, it's not hard. Ridiculous waste of time.
Bad experience they don’t accept cash or ur insurance half the time don’t waste ur time here
