Awful medical and customer service. 100 questions at check-in so they can chat gpt your symptoms. They won’t provide antibiotics unless you’ve had symptoms for 7 days. Cough for 5 days - nope, not sick enough. Just tell them a week. Will never return or recommend. CVS shouldn’t be in medical practice.
Nurse Practitioner Stepp is communicative, and kind, ensuring she provided best quality of care. Nurse Practitioner Nelson was amiable and ensured you're well informed. The clinicians here are superb.
They have zero knowledge of the department of veterans affairs insurance . The providers need better training and the pharmacy . As a disabled veteran you are entitled to urgent care visits and pharmacy benefits all to be covered . They are lost and need more training on how to bill and contact the VA instead of being confused when a veteran needs to be seen . NO THE VA ISNT TRICARE OR CHAMP VA learn how to properly treat a veteran instead of denying service
Nurse Amanda in the minute clinic was awesome! She explained each step she was taking and was gentle when handling my vitals. Great experience. Will be back.
They do not do walk ins, although they advertise that they do. And there is no staff watching the waiting area to see who they need to treat. They stay in their rooms with the doors closed, even when not seeing patients. And they are not friendly.
