I visited this clinic on September 8 to have my earwax removed. I was told the left ear was clear, and they removed the wax in the right ear. A week later, the hearing audiologist told me the left ear was almost to impacted to exam. On October 27, the left ear developed an infection, however the family practice doctor said that I needed to have the ear cleared out first because the eardrops would not work. I’ve had a few great experiences with the minute clinic at this location and most recently with the NP, Shannon Stepp. She was so knowledgeable and personable, it really made for a great experience.
