Poor quality of service and highly over priced. Strep and flu test with visit cost $562.00. We will seek care elsewhere from now on.
Very clean minute clinic and the doctor on staff was excellent
I had a great experience at the Rangeline Road location In Carmel. I was hesitant to go to a minute clinic initially, as I normally try to see my PCP for my medical needs. I felt awful when I went to minute clinic and nurse Jan was friendly, empathetic, and explained things well. Thanks Jan !
Horrible service. I have Medicare, and only have an electronic card since my physical one was damaged. They refused me completely simply because I didn’t have a physical card. The doctor seeing me was extremely rude, and half yelled at me. She kept interrupting me when I tried explaining that I couldn’t obtain a physical card for another week. The insurance agent with Medicare was appalled that they didn’t accept me and that they had no right to refuse me as a patient. This clinic is now flagged after I spoke with the Medica... read more
