Horrible customer service. Would not let me ask a question. Tried forcing me into testing without telling me the cost and when I asked she threatened me. THERESSA is a horrible person that should NEVER work in the medical field.
I would give zero stars. THERESSA was a horrible person and tried to take my money without explaining to me costs. When asked what the cost was she would continuously cut me off and threatened to call security when I would continue my sentence. This person is not about to deny me of asking a single question. "How much is this going to be" and instead she tried to force me into testing without letting me know the cost. Terrible human. Terrible service. Would NEVER trust her in the medical field.

I went due to suspected case of pink eye but it was so much more and she took such good care of me. She even walked me next door to see if the eye doctor had time to look at my eye. Turns out it’s ocular hypertension. Thank you so much!!!
