I would never go to Minuteclinic again and am disgusted with CVS for making it look like Minuteclinic is part of CVS. Minuteclinic mistakenly emailed me a bill weeks after getting a covid vaccination which I am certain will be covered by my insurance (as the person who did the vaccination had said). I went to the same CVS today and spoke with someone at their pharmacy. The Minuteclinic was closed (this was about 3 PM on a Tuesday). Confusing mess with two closed clinics, a late practitioner, and a glitch in the registration software. CVS has gone downhill fast in Paoli, PA.
I went to this minute clinic to get a TB test for work. The first appointment went fine quick and easy. Protocol is 48-72 hours for the test to be read. I made my appointment to come back with the nurse and went on my way. When I came back to get my test read after the waiting period, I arrived 10 min early per instructions. I waited an hour from 9a-10a, and no one showed up. I had somewhere to be at 11 so I left and figured, fine I’ll come back later.
