Slow even with appointment
Great experience! Staff was/is very professional, thorough, and made sure I understood each portion of my appointment.
Provider was not competent or efficient. Beware that MinuteClinic is NOT the same as CVS when it comes to insurance paying for a flu shot. The CVS website advertised free flu shots, and the website directed me to MinuteClinic. I received a bill in the mail for $80. The clinic should be able to tell you if they are in network with your insurance, but this doctor was clueless. The receipt even said thanks for getting your flu shot at CVS. I walked in at 12:45 p.m. today, a Thursday, with my two boys and filled out the information on the kiosk for my oldest son to be seem at the clinic. The kiosk said there was one person in front of me who was with the doctor. The nurse walked out and asked about my other son and I told her only one of them was needing to be seen. Shortly after, the doctor walks out and motions to the nurse and then goes back in with her patient.
