I walked in at 12:45 p.m. today, a Thursday, with my two boys and filled out the information on the kiosk for my oldest son to be seem at the clinic. The kiosk said there was one person in front of me who was with the doctor. The nurse walked out and asked about my other son and I told her only one of them was needing to be seen. Shortly after, the doctor walks out and motions to the nurse and then goes back in with her patient. We get an appointment at 5:40 pm and arrive the clinic 10 min before the time. We wait 4 more people in the line that are walk in patients. We waited more than an hour. Why do we get appointments if you dont respect them. ???
Great go to when you can't get an appointment with your primary care Dr.
Don't schedule your appointment online. It's useless!!!
