Decided to try MinuteClinic for the first time time today & not only am I super disappointed… I can’t see myself being comfortable returning. Arrived for a walk-in appt at 6pm. The kiosk sign-in was disabled & only allowed me to schedule an appointment for tomorrow morning. I looked at the signs & one said closed, but right next to that the hours said they closed at 7:30p. The RN at the CVS Minute Clinic in North Valley Parkway in north Phoenix, Ms. Arlene Norton is outstanding. Caring, efficient and professionally thorough.
Arlene was amazing at the minute clinic. Wish she was my PCP. Very well informed, professional, and kind. Will absolutely be coming back next time I need to go to an urgent care.
