This appointment went well. I didn’t have to wait longer than 5 minutes to be seen due to checking in at the kiosk. The nurse was friendly and made me feel as comfortable as possible.
Worst customer service I've ever had. I miss the days when people working with the public were actually helpful and caring instead of condescending.
I’d give a negative star if it was possible. Says walk ins welcome on the website and front door mat. Lady told me there was no more appointments available and that they did not do walk ins. I said website indicates walk ins were welcome. She very happily pointed to a piece of paper taped to a computer that walk ins were not available and that I’d have to go online to make an appointment for tomorrow. My experience was excellent. Arlene, the practitioner, was very friendly, took time to explain everything, and delivered caring treatment.
Thank you for making the entire process easy and efficient from scheduling the appointment, to check-in, and during the appointment. I was treated with care and respect from the provider.
