Set up an apt for my husband and Dr. Arlene norton was the absolute worst. She dismissed his walk in so she good do notes for 30 minutes instead!! He did have an appointment but wanted to try and get in early. After waiting an hour for his apt. She was extremely dismissive and combative. For someone who doesn’t see a doctor often this was the WORST experience ever. Highly DO NOT recommend this place or her!!
Quick visit with NP Arlene Norton. She was friendly and professional.
I scheduled a DOT physical. 20 minutes after my appointment time I was informed I would need to reschedule because they "don't have time to print the forms any more." It wouldn't have been a problem to bring them if I was informed beforehand. Multiple hours of my morning were wasted. There were also zero other people in the waiting room at this point.
I would give negative stars if that was an option. I've never been treated so rudely by a practitioner (by anyone) in my whole life (don't know her name, but not Michelle). I 100% understand all of the recent bad reviews of this location. It's a shame since it's so convenient and ALL of the previous practitioners were so great... my 3 kids and I used this location for 10+ years, but not anymore. Fry's has a nice drive-thru pharmacy, and Amazon's new video medical service is coming for Minute Clinic's business.
This was probably the worst experience ever. Was sent there, after I called the mission act hotline for Veterans. There wasn't anyone there and the nurse or whoever she was. (heavier set person), told me that I had to make an appointment and that I probably wouldn't be seen today. I thought it was a minute clinic!!! I called the VA and made sure never to send any veterans to this location, ever!
MinuteClinic has a 2.4 star rating with 50 reviews.
