Can’t call in to schedule a simple appt. Just a major run around through their automated system and was never able to talk and find out cost or schedule an appt. Call the store and I got the same run around through their automated system. I ended up calling Walgreens instead and no issues.
This was my last visit. Last year I had Covid and a sinus infection. I scheduled an appointment but was 6 minutes late. I was told that I needed to make another appointment because my current appointment was canceled. I made the first appointment available for 6 hours later. Was not pleased with my experience here. Just seems like this small clinic is an over-priced cash cow. I was a walk-in but noticed your blocks are 20 minutes each per person, and for me it was $400 ($80-ish to me and $320-ish to my insurance according to her). So you guys are billing $1200 per hour for an office only staffed by a Nurse Practitioner who makes approximately $55-70 per hour. Talk about thievery. Its crap like this that makes insurance so unaffordable overall - DO BETTER
