Location, availability, digital paperwork, and ease of making and getting into the appointment was all 5 stars. The practitioner who saw us, 1 star. A complete waste of money and we were told we needed to go to urgent care for a sore throat - by the practitioner! I asked her, then why would anyone come here? Her answer was "She is limited to what she is able to do." Save your money and spend 100 dollars more to go to an urgent care and get real treatment. I had a very poor experience with provider at this facility. I'm not sure her name because she never introduced herself. My experience was poor as soon as I got there where it was obvious I was her last patient and she just wanted to have. She walked out and without saying the "hello" or greeting me in anyone said, "did you schedule?". When I informed her I did she just pointed at the computer and said "sign in". UPDATE - MinuteClinic did respond to my review and helped resolve the issue. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! Go to a NEXTCARE UC. I went in for some back pain and sinus congestion and they did absolutely nothing. I had also verified on their website that they offered services for back pain and sinus pain! The FNP did not check any vitals or do anything more than refer me to a NextCare UC. I think I spent all of 5 minutes with her and she told me that the MinuteClinic is the lowest UC type service on the totem pole so they ... read more
