Knowledgeable and quick
I had a great experience today. Lisa and Shelley the Nurse Practitioner were both very kind and very informative. I really appreciate their time with me and their knowledge. I made an appointment ahead of time and their was no wait time. Thank you so much for your time and care.
The NP Googled searched to problem, refused blood work and suggested the ER. The ER did blood and was clueless as to why the CVS NP had made such a suggestion.. cost out thousands of dollars because her Google research was no where close and why did she deny blood work?! Laziness to lazy to draw blood point period blank.
Nurse practitioner was extremely rude and very disrespectful. Basically refused to treat my daughter for any potential SECONDARY infections l, such as sinus infections or upper respiratory infections, due to flu b virus if I refused to pay $50 for a flu test, I had already tested at home and the tests sold in stores is $10. I simply wanted my daughter checked for secondary infection, it wasn’t necessary to treat the flu b as antivirals would not have been an option because it had been over 48 hours since the onset of symptom... read more
