We have gone 2x in a 3 week period. It was easy to make an appointment and there was no waiting time. The first time we went the doctor was amazing and spent time with us and really talked to us and made sure we understood everything. The second time we went it was a totally different experience and it felt like a waste of $$$$. Doctor didn’t seem interested at all and we felt we were wasting his time by being there. During my visit yesterday, I encountered the male Nurse Practitioner. The absence of a significant wait time on a Saturday was notable. I did not feel a sense of welcome, and his demeanor was not personable. He frequently interrupted me, conveying an impression of annoyance regarding my input, and treated me in a condescending manner. I do not believe he provided the necessary treatment. Whomever the NP is working on 3/24 chose to fix the check in computer instead of assisting me with my son who was having symptoms of an allergic reaction. She asked if we had an appointment I said no but we were there as a walk in right at 8:30. There was absolutely no one there! At 8:40 she decided to let me know we could do a 9:20 because she had an 8:40 appointment. Maybe she should have led with that instead of trying to fix the computer? Not the best experience today.
