My wife and I made vaccination appointments for Saturday 9/27 at 4:50 pm...on the way, we were delayed because of a traffic accident. Wife called and after some maneuvering was able to talk to someone to notify the Minute Clinic. We were told it was ok, the clinic was open till 5:30 pm. We got there around 5, and Ariel the person on duty was very welcoming and accommodating. She understood what we were there for and explained every step. Very professional and thorough as well. An asset to the clinic!
My first time using MinuteClinic at CVA for the first time. Got an early appointment on August 31st for 9:10AM, and did pre-check-in online with final check-in once I arrived. I was called back before my scheduled appointment so wait time was not problem. Dr. Silvosa was great. He was very professional, personable and courteous. He listened by to the description of my situation and addressed any concerns I had. He took his time in addressing my care. I did not feel rushed. Went in on Monday afternoon to the CrossRoads Clinic & they took me in even though I had made the appointment at wrong clinic (Little Elm) & I was at Cross Roads. This is how bad, lethargic fainting feeling chills on and off just not sure what was happening in the morning when I woke up. So since I felt this way she took me right in even being at wrong location. Looked me over, diagnosed me gave me medicines and even told me she called and check on me in a couple day later.
