Brad (sorry forgot last name) was very kind, helpful and attentive. He listened to my concerns and offered his opinions. He even apologized for the “uncomfortable” swabbing of my nostril for tests, but I know that’s how it goes, nothing he could do about it. Gotta be thorough. He got me in pretty quick, I think he even cut his lunch break short. The only reason for 4 stars is not because of him, it’s because the website would not allow for any appointments. I was very uneasy at first giving this isn’t a “normal” dr office. I was blown away in how much I loved it! The nurse practitioner I see there is absolutely amazing! She cares and takes her time with every patient I see there! Very knowledgeable! Will continue to go for sure!
They seem lethargic like they don't care and very unhelpful. Like you are a burden to them
I had a sore throat for 3 days and was starting to think I had come down with another case of strep throat. I"m in the area temporarily, from out-of-state and none of the urgent cares nearby were covered by my insurance. With Minute Cinic, it wasn't an issue. I was fully covered and able to book an appointment for that same morning. I checked into the small waiting area via a touchpad, and what was shortly taken back into the exam room.
