The dr was kind and it was quick.
I had a great experience! My daughter had been complaining about her ear pain, so I went online to schedule an appointment. However, it was close to closing time, and no more appointments were available. The website offered me the option to join the waiting list, which I did. When my daughter and I arrived, we tried to sign in at the kiosk, but it wouldn't let us. There was a lady nearby, and I asked her for help. My son was experiencing terrible allergies and a fever A Dr appointment would not have gotten him in soon enough so I scheduled a visit with minute clinic She was thorough and caring as well as very informative with my son We did exactly what she said and he’s now feeling much better 🩹
I'd give 0 stars if I could. The visit was terrible, I waited 50 minutes for the doctor. Then they charged EIGHTY TWO DOLLARS UPFRONT. TODAY, They INCORRECTLY charged me 125$ for NO SERVICES PROVIDED. I didnt go to the minute clinic again, nor will I ever. I am extremely annoyed with how their "customer service" is just a robot that says to call them..They're closed today, so I can't get in contact with anyone. This sucks.
