Went to get a urine test for a possible UTI. It came back negative so I figured I had a kidney stone and they said to go to the ER. The ER told me I had a UTI. Wow! CVS even called 3 days later and said their further testing didn't show any bacteria either. That's pretty bad to not be able to get reliable results for a basic UTI. I really enjoyed the ease of making appointments online and being seen the same day usually. Also, it is nice that Aetna and CVS are affiliated. I can't imagine I will ever return.
Closed the day before Christmas Eve with no notification meanwhile the customer service phone number will tell you they are open. Don’t waste your time at a minute clinic.
They scheduled me for a Saturday visit, I show up to find they are closed on Saturdays. Thanks for wasting my time, CVS. This company is garbage.
