Able to get into the CVS Minute Clinic on 48th & Dodge with minimal wait. Provider, Mackinsey APRN, was thorough in exam, provided great treatment recommendations/ prescriptions and am feeling much better.
Jennifer is great ! Despite the fact that she was new to minute clinic , the kiosk not working , and her computer not letting her schedule follow ups , she managed to see my daughters as a walk in even though she was running behind . She listens and explains everything well. Made us feel comfortable.
I am not one to usually write reviews but the service I got at the minute clinic on dodge in Omaha left a bad taste in my mouth. I got there early and the check in tablet was broke and my link wouldn’t work to check in, was just a blank page. and I waited 15 minutes past my appointment before I finally just knocked on the door. The NP was not nice to me, told me next time to knock bc “she is supposed to be going to lunch”. She knew the check in desk was broke but didn’t open the door to see if her patient was there.
