I am not one to usually write reviews but the service I got at the minute clinic on dodge in Omaha left a bad taste in my mouth. I got there early and the check in tablet was broke and my link wouldn’t work to check in, was just a blank page. and I waited 15 minutes past my appointment before I finally just knocked on the door. Hello, I think you need to hire more workers that knows the job has experience in hospital setting knows what to do. Especially you are near in colleges that needed to have blood work done or update vaccinations. I regret I did not go to Nebraska Medicine and it is a expensive going there and the service is not great and it is not met on the expectations. I am not being mean and rude but please do better.

Was on hold for two hours simply trying to get ahold of the NP to follow up on lab results and confirm a prescription. Super strange that there isn’t another way to get ahold of someone in the minute clinic any other way. I don’t imagine there’s actually two hours worth of calls coming in to their call center. The NP is super nice but I think there should be more than one nurse working so she isn’t overwhelmed and can follow up soon as lab results come in or possibly making it easier for a recent patient to get into contact ... read more
Had a tb test on 7/2 where the provider scheduled my follow up appointment for 7/4 when the clinic was closed. Had to make a third appointment for a second tb test, the same provider scheduled my follow up appointment two days later at 1:00, their lunch break. I have now had to charge my insurance twice for the same testing, drive a large distance out of my way, take time out of my day 5 different times for an appointment that should take 5 minutes without so much as an apology.
