I've been using this pharmacy for several years, and I've only had positive experiences. I usually pick up my prescriptions through the drive thru. If I call and leave a message, my call is returned quickly. Everyone I've interacted with here has been great!
It's not the staff. It's the customers. They're entitled, selfish, and rude. They sit in the drive thru waiting for prescriptions when theyre not ready instead of pulling around and parking and waiting till it's ready. It blocks the entire drive thru up. It's absolutely rude. I've seen them throw big hissy fits in the store absuing the staff. It impacts the staff obviously but also the other customers present.
