o stars, not just this location but all CVS. Cant call and actually talk to anyone in the pharmacy. So have to drive in just to ask about something you could have on the phone. They don't check prescribers voicemails ever. I was next to my dr when they called in my meds and pharmacy said they never received it. very sad customer service
Pharmacist on duty today 12/21/25 was very rude and threatening to me today. I have never been treated like this before. I don’t understand. I can’t pronounce or spell his name because he is from another country. Please investigate him. I’m sure there is a camera videoing our conversation!
Terrible experience at this CVS Pharmacy. The pharmacist was unhelpful, dismissive, and I was abruptly told they were going to lunch instead of offering any assistance. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
Utter disrespectful pharmacy "team"..profile people and young guy in white coat filling scripts makes threats under his breath staring at me as he is looking at the computer screen in a menacing way. The young girl at drive through window is rude and acts like you're an inconvenience when you're trying to understand a situation and have never been there before.
