I'm glad we went to this CVS in Louisville. My mom received her vaccines on time without any long wait! Pharmacist and Pharmacy Techs were really helpful and informative !
I have been going to this location almost exclusively for over a decade. I have never had a problem untill the past month. There is absolutly NO WAY to call in to check on your perscriptions anymore. The only way to reach them is to PHYSICALLY GO TO THE STORE! Did they just uninvent land lines when I wasn't looking!? Part of the reason I go here is because it's in walking distance from my house, but just the other day I had to go back THREE TIMES IN THE SAME DAY. Pharmacy is the worst. Rude and do not care about their customers.
I've been using this pharmacy for several years, and I've only had positive experiences. I usually pick up my prescriptions through the drive thru. If I call and leave a message, my call is returned quickly. Everyone I've interacted with here has been great!
