The nurse practitioner S. Ravilla is an incompetent provider. Unfortunately had a terrible experience with incompetence at this location. Was asked from the get if I “wanted a lab slip to go to outside lab”.. I guess I should have taken that as my sign that she was not confident in services that are provided at this clinic. Not sure who goes in the forearm for a blood draw without even palpating a vein anywhere AT ALL. And then when questioned she had no good explanation for her actions. Staff was polite, kind, caring and seemed knowledgeable.
The practitioner that helped me was kind and knowledgeable. She took her time to listen and made me feel welcomed and safe.
All these bad reviews I thought I’d share a good one. I saw NP Kathryn today, for a (chronic at this point) cough that flares up on me every year at least once. She was on time, listened to my concerns and was very thorough about assessing me and gathering my history. She came up with a great plan that we both agreed on and advised on follow up care I should seek. I can only speak for my own experience, but I would 10/10 visit here again for non-emergent medical care.
