All these bad reviews I thought I’d share a good one. I saw NP Kathryn today, for a (chronic at this point) cough that flares up on me every year at least once. She was on time, listened to my concerns and was very thorough about assessing me and gathering my history. She came up with a great plan that we both agreed on and advised on follow up care I should seek. I can only speak for my own experience, but I would 10/10 visit here again for non-emergent medical care.
The Arnp was amazing her name was Jodi Spencer . I will go back there if I am sick again . She took the time to explain show pictures and had a great bedside manner .
Not fast. They seem to overbook themselves. Noticed this on more than one occasion. Provide yourself with plenty of time. We waited for more than 30 minutes with an appointment. Zero communication on hold up! Complete joke. Take your business elsewhere!
Will never again go to a “doc in a box”. Went in for a sore throat and cough. Now in going to ER for chest congestion and a cough that sounds absolutely horrible and guts to even cough. Not even 4 days ago. Never again.
