The key looked just like the picture. It was really pretty and the most important thing is that it fit in my door! I would recommend others to use this service. Easy to pay there at the machine not complicated and no wait time.
I used the key making machine and it worked perfectly.
DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are a rip off. Called a locksmith to unlock my front door (the bottom lock). When initially called, the assistant says there was a $15.00 travel fee and a $20 service fee for the service. After the technician arrives, he immediately unlocks the door but then tells me the labor and fee are now $140.00 (which was not told to me on the phone or at the start of the services).
