Easy to use
The actual kiosk works great so far. The Key Hero app is a hot mess. I've tried 5 times to get it to email me the required validation email to complete my account and get access to my key scan but the emails never arrive, and I'm having no other problems with other emails or services that email me.
I was not able to reprint my receipt from a transaction. no receipt given at keyosk
It’s fast, it gives me choices of key stock, accurate and the keys work. That’s what I require. Thank you
