Two keys didn’t work after spending $12. I used email on receipt to ask for a refund. They emailed me a template letter someone was supposed to use. Email was not personally addressed to me when I put my full name on request. Amount to be refunded was left blank. Then email said if I wanted to continue to request a refund ? I needed to give address and tele number. After that poor email I wasn’t about to give them info. They need to follow up in a better way.
LockSmith never showed up.
