Must be fixed cause I did mine the months ago and now getting a new keys made
My keys came out of the machine broken. No one has come to repair it and the employees in the Walmart where the kiosk is located are aware of this. No one has even put a sign at it stating that it needs repair. Customer service was pleasant and got me my refund quickly without hassle but has still not sent anyone out to fix it or let people know it doesn’t work.
This machine has to be broken, all of my keys came out flat, with no teeth. Don’t waste your money.
