I read the previous reviews and went straight back by the doors and locks. It worked perfectly and extremely user friendly. It does use keys already in the machine, but there is a wide selection of options. I’d definitely use it again, and probably will!
Kiosk is located in the back of the store by the doors and locks. Does not duplicate car keys.
You didn't mention you won't re-key unless it's purchased off the shelf in "Menards". We just came in and were told so. Bad experience.
