Edit: After reaching out to their customer care team, I was refunded for keys that didn't work. Response time was quick and I'm satisfied with the result. Changing rating from 1 star to 4 stars based on customer service response. Actually a little disappointed in Minute Key. Feel like they way overcharged me for keys and then a few didn't work in the locks. If you're looking to duplicate one house key, the convenience might be worth it, but for the few sets of keys I needed duplicated, I'm pretty disappointed.

made 2 keys and neither one worked or was close to being the same cut as my master key. Horrible
