Key didn't cut a perfect copy. Useless. Will have to cut another one and hope this time it works.
I needed to make a copy of my key and it does not work. What a waste.
I LOVE the concept, but it is not reliable. I made keys from a non-original key in May - none of the keys worked.. I replaced the lock and made a key from an original and it was notchy and caught un the lock and didn't act like the original?! I love the idea of saving a key for a rainy day or to share with my new tenants signing a lease while our of town - but I dint trust it.. In addition, I have tried to remove the bad keys that didnt work from the dashboard of saved keys - one agent didnt know why I wasnt seeing the optio... read more
